REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Maina Gatuhi, of P.O. Box 296–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th September, 2024 Apartment No. 208 on the 1st floor erected on that piece of land known as L.R. No. 8393/38 (Orig. 8393/37), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 215155/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
