REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jaffar Ahmed Mohamed, of P.O. Box 84867–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0901 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/MS/Block III/302, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
