REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Micheal Majani Lugalia, (2) Jane Kanaiza Tabalya, (3) Rosemary Kizengwa Adulu and (4) Nelson Lugalia Majani, as the administrators of the estate of Ezekiel Majani Lugalia (deceased) of P.O. Box 1810, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. 6621/7, situate in the south west of Kitale Municipality in the Trans Nzoia District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 73145, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
