TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By (1) Aziz Kassam and (2) Firozali Kassam, both of P.O. Box 47845–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kassam Nizarali Akberali, who died at Parklands, Nairobi, on 24th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By Ifrah Mohamed Abdi, of P.O. Box 18667–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamoud Abdirahman Adan Mohamoud, who died in Nairobi, on 25th June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
