E28 OF 2024 By John Nganga Gitau , the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gitau Muragu, who died at Hongwe, on 4th November, 2012. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2024 By John Nganga Gitau , the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucia Magere Gitau, who died at Hongwe, on 1st December, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
