TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By Nelson Kiplangat Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 33, Mogogosiek in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sofia Chepkirui Silate alias Tapropkoe Chepkirui Silatet, who died at A.I.C. Litein Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2024 By Catherine Chemutai Ngeno, of P.O. Box 596, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kipkemoi arap Ngeno Marshal alias David Kipkemoi Ngeno A. Marshal, who died at Chematich, on 2nd April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
