TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 4th October, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 127 OF 2024 By Lukas Okoth Onyango, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate William Odhier Oyamo, who died on 10th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. 128 OF 2024 By Lukas Okoth Onyango, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Michael Ongalo Onyango, who died on 7th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. 187 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Odipo Otieno and (2) Dancan Owino Otieno, both of P.O. Box 120, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Otieno Andago, who died on 9th November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
