TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E375 OF 2024 By (1) Jeremiah Abuto Okelo and (2) Rose Atieno Okeyo, the deceased’s nephew and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Abongo Okech alias Abongo Oketch, who died on 2nd October, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
