Box 35, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chuchu Githundi, who died on 25th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wangui Maina and (2) Salome Nyokabi Ngugi, both of P.O. Box 483–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Micheal Ngugi Kangoyo, who died at Ikinu, Githunguri, on 24th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Kaniu Wango and (2) Jackson Njoroge Wango, both of P.O. Box 9–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Wango Kaniu, who died at Githunguri, on 26th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Karuga Njuguna and (2) Joyce Waruguru Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 226–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wambui Njuguna, who died at Githunguri, on 13th October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
