TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2024 By (1) Peninah Anyango Ogal, (2) Eunice Adhiambo Oigo and (3) Joseph Aduda Oigo, all of P.O. Box 17, Chemilil in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Abongo Oigo, who died on 10th July, 1994. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2024 By Florence Amondi Odipo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isabell Akoth Odipo alias Dorine I. A. Odipo. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
