TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E380 OF 2023 By (1) Kathorina Akumu Ambuso and (2) Ambuso Odhiambo George, both of P.O. Box 18, Miwani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnicus Nyagendo Akech, who died at Obumba, on 20th April, 1960. CAUSE NO. E249 OF 2024 By Peter Okeyo Nyambok, of P.O. Box 88, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martinus Nyambok Nyateng alias Martinus Nyambok, who died at Kamiguye Kochieng, Kisumu, on 3rd February, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
