TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 4th October, 2024 CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By Omari Saidi Ogudo, of P.O. Box 510–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saidi Mutimo Gudu, who died on 7th July, 1982. CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2024 By (1) Magarita Ochola Ombago and (2) Gaudensia Akeyo Ombago, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombago Wangige, who died on 13th June, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
