TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2024 By Justo Elija Otieno Akinyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akinyi Agan, who died on 7th March, 1998. CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2024 By (1) Titus Kitoto Atichi, (2) Wycliffe Jared Ochiel and (3) Thomas Adewa Nyagudi, the deceased’s grandson and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakuti Omuyoma alias Nakuti Omuyoma Daniel, who died on 19th August, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
