TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2024 By Alex Juma Nabokhwe, through Messrs. Shivachi Mutoka & Co., advocates of Kitale, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Were Okwisya alias Zakaria Were Okwisia, who died on 27th December, 2013. CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2024 By (1) Adam Saleh Kaburu and (2) Hassan Waswa Kapuru, both of P.O. Box 738, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaburu Komba Omari alias Kaburu Okomba, who died on 27th January, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
