TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E430 OF 2023 By Hana Musimbi Relwe, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Kayaja Lelwe alias Musa Kayaja Relwe alias Lwelwe, who died at Madzuu Sub- location, on 25th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. 70 OF 2022 By John Okonda Otima, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Filonica Okwisa Otima, who died at Ebusiekwe Sub-location, on 19th July, 2003. CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2022 By Evans Avuyeka Andayi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andayi Matini, who died at Essaba Sub-location, on 18th July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
