TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Gathara Kamau and (2) Jane Mugure Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 14–20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Kamau Wairegi, who died at Our Lady’s Hospice, Thigio, on 23rd March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
