TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2024 By Daniel Kipkurui Mutai, of P.O. Box 700, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimurgor arap Siele alias Kimurgor arap Koske, who died at Ainamoi Sub-location, on 13th August, 1987. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2024 By Lucia Chemutai Tangus, of P.O. Box 1–20217, Chesinende in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kipkoske Chumo, who died at Chepseon Sub-location, on 26th July, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
