E325 OF 2024 By Miriam Achieng Ariera, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eslida Adhiambo Ologi, who died at Oruba Nursing Home, on 2nd January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E326 OF 2024 By Samuel Onyango Muga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Ogola Otieno, who died at Rapogi Katieno, on 5th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E327 OF 2024 By Samuel Onyango Muga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Otieno Ogola, who died at Rapogi Katieno I, on 10th October, 1982. CAUSE NO. E339 OF 2024 By Pesa John Dache, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Pesa alias Jacobo Pesa, who died on 18th April, 2014. CAUSE NO. E344 OF 2024 By (1) Ouma Kennedy Awiti and (2) Awiti John Paul, both of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeconia Awiti Osieny alias Jeconia Awiti Osiany, who died along Uriri-Awendo Road, on 3rd August, 1982. CAUSE NO. E346 OF 2024 By (1) Eunice Akinyi Osano and (2) David Otieno Abuoro, both of P.O. Box 121, Isebania in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Osano Abuoro, who died on 13th May, 2021.
