TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2024 By (1) Justus Muendo Kioko and (2) Samuel M. Kioko, both of P.O. Box 462–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willy Kioko Mutulu alias Willy Kioko, who died on 6th February, 2001. CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2024 By Mbithi Musimbili Mwau, of P.O. Box 26–90300, Nziu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masimbili Mwau, who died on 9th April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
