TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E234 OF 2024 By Robert Mutisya Mbithi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithi Munyao Nguyo alias Mbithi Munyao, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2001. CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2024 By Fridah Mwongeli Kimeu, of P.O. Box 7, Muumandu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Kimeu Kitetu, who died at Mulango Kubwa, on 6th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
