TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2023 By Joyce Kangai Mikiburu, of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikiburu Mutura Itirikia alias Ikibulu Mutuura, who died at Amaku Sub-location, on 20th April, 1984. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By Julia Inombaabu, of P.O. Box 245, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiamba M’Lingera, who died at Giteretu, on 14th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
