TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2024 By (1) Geoffrey Mutembei Nyamu and (2) Mathews Mugikuu Rugane, both of P.O. Box 17–60400, Ikuu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rugane M’Igurukia, who died at Gitareni Sub-location, on 23rd July, 2005. CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2024 By Rutere Nyaga Katumuta, of P.O. Box 211–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fidis Kaari Ndugo alias Fidis Kaari David, who died at Mugirirwa Sub- location, on 18th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
