TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024
By (1) Beatrice Njeri Waruguru and (2) Kelvin Gathu Kiiru, both of
P.O. Box 1246–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nyoro Gathu, who died at
Huruma Hospital in Kenya, on 25th February, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2024
By Esther Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 713–10400, Nanyuki in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Robert Mwangi Githendu, who died at Nanyuki Teaching and Referral
Hospital in Kenya, on 16th March, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
