TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2024 By (1) David Wairiuko Ndiritu and (2) Peter Ndiangui Ndiritu, both of P.O. Box 443–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Wangui Nderitu, who died at Muthuaini Village, on 10th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
