TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E405 OF 2024 By Nelson Mwethera Gatembei, of P.O. Box 77, Kiriaini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatembei Miano, who died at Kamacharia Sub-location, on 31st May, 1986. CAUSE NO. E410 OF 2024 By Jackson Mbugua Kihara, of P.O. Box 74, Ithanga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanja Gitororo Ndarau, who died at Kanunga, on 19th January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
