Ayieko Kangethe & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Doris Susan Msengo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March 2003. E373 OF 2024 By (1) Samuel Kariuki Gichonge and (2) Elizabeth Wachengi Gichonge, both of P.O. Box 77510–00622, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, through Messrs. Magiri Nthumbi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Gichonge Kinanda, who died at Dandora, on 9th October, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
