TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Nymbura Ndichu and (2) Agnes Ngoiri Ndishu, both of P.O. Box 7412–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, through Oduor Munyua & Gerald Attorneys of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Joel Ndichu, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2024 By (1) Richard Githegi Kariuki and (2) David Muhia, both of P.O. Box 411–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njambi Githegi, who died on 2nd July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2024 By (1) Hellen Chepkoech Cheluget, (2) Geoffrey Rono and (3) John Kibiy Koskei, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Cheluget David Kiptoo, who died at Eldoret, on 15th June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
