TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By (1) Jonathan Ngonyo and (2) Simon Makuthi Mulwa, both of P.O. Box 36–90134, Kiima Kiu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Metho Kyende, who died at Mukaa Location, on 28th April, 1978. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Makenzie Mutisya and (2) Florence Ndinda Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 238–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Mueni Muthiani, who died at Nthangu Unoa Sub-location, on 29th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
