TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Stanley Mwaniki M’Tai and (2) Margaret Njura Muruatetu, both of P.O. Box 895–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvester Njeru Muruatetu alias Sylvester Njeru M’Tai Muruatetu, who died at Mewa Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By (1) Isaack Loki Ndunda and (2) Samson Kitavi Ndunda, both of P.O. Box 6074–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndunda Mutua, who died at Karaba Sub-location, on 2nd December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
