TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By Rose Nyanchoka Okemwa, of P.O. Box 80035–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Nyangoya Okemwa, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By (1) Rahma Said Mohamed, (2) Fuhad Said Hat Mohamed and (3) Fazal Said, all of P.O. Box 20332–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Ahmed Shekh alias Fatuma Sheikh Ahmed, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
