REGISTRATION

WHEREAS I am of the opinion that Awe Diaspora Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limitd (CS/24888) should be dissolved pursuant to section 62 (1) and (4) of the Co-operative Societies Act, I cancel the registration of the said society. Note that its cancellation order takes effect immediately. Any member of the society may within thirty (30) days of this order appeal to the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and MicrC, Small and Medium Enterprise Development against the cancellation order.
