THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Ago Boka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kisumu/Kanyawegi/4063 situate in Kisumu County, and whereas the Chief Magistrate Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. 558 of 2019, has issued grant in favour of George Mbeda Ago, and whereas the said Court has confirmed grant in favour of George Mbeda Ago and whereas the title deed in respect of Charles Ago Boka (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Charles Ago Boka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
