THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alfred Kimaiyo Chemweno (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Moiben/Moiben 10 (Kose)/78 situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas the Chief Magistrate Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 103 of 2021, has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Pauline Jerono Kimaiyo, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Pauline Jerono Kimaiyo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alfred Kimaiyo Chemweno (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
