REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sunfarm Properties Investments, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0280 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyandarua County, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Mutonyora/4168, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
