THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Mwaura Njiru, of P.O. Box 437, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor interest of all that piece of land containing 1.26 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kirinyaga County, registered under title No. Mwea/Murinduko/498, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
