THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Kamau Samuel Kangangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 17.80 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Maragua Ridge/370, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succesion Cause No. 426 of 2018 has issued grant and confirmation letter in favour of James Mwangi Kamau (ID/9484158), of P.O. Box 482, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all the efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
