THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Albert Ngure, (2) Christopher Njoroge Ngure, (2) Ann Mary Kinyanjui and (4) Maureen Njeri Kahenya, as administrators of the estate of Samuel Muiruri Ngure (deceased), all of P.O. Box 57610–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/VII/183, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered as Volume N36 Folio 492/6 File 11519, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect of the piece of land has been lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the administrators indemnified the Government of Kenya against all actions, proceedings and claims that may arise after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
