APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 6th March, 2024, I appointed Charles Mugwika, Senior Co-operative Officer to be liquidator for Abogeta Farmers Co-operative Society (in liquidation) Limited (CS /819), for a period not exceeding six (6) months, and whereas the said Charles Mugwika has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation period for Abogeta Farmers Co-operative Society (in-liquidation) Limited for another six (6) months and appoint Charles Muchui Mugwika as liquidator for the said co-operative society.
