WHEREAS Elizabeth Wanjiku Ndungu, is the administrator of the estate of Gakii Kihara Mwinga (deceased), of P.O. Box 830–00900, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 76/75, situate in the city of Nairobi in 20th September, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE the Nairobi Area, by virtue of indenture, registered as Vol. N54, Folio 121/1, File 16518, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
