TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By (1) Omar Farouk Ikram and (2) Fariha Nausheen Ikram, both of P.O. Box 663–00606, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Ikram Tufail alias Mohamed Akram Tufail, who died at Westlands, on 14th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By Mohamed Shahid Moughal, of P.O. Box 376, Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdul Sattar Atta Moughal, who died at Langata, Nairobi, on 6th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
