E30 OF 2024 By (1) Mohamed Abdulla Ali and (2) Mariam Abdulla Ali, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulla Ali Hussein, who died at Nairobi, on 26th July, 1999. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By Shafi Ali Hussein, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Husna Ali, who died at Nairobi, on 19th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By (1) Harun Salim Abdallah, (2) Riziki Rajab Salim, (3) Salim Juma and (4) Salim Hassan Salim, all of P.O. Box 67718–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Omari, who died at Nairobi, on 12th October, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
