E19 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Opiyo Akongo and (2) John Odongo Akongo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Akongo Manga, who died at Jalaram NMH, on 17th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Juma Ombwayo and (2) Kenedy Okeyo Ombwayo, both of P.O. Box 49, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ombwayo Oduka, who died at Mahenya, on 15th January, 1995. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By (1) Irine Akoth Ndeya and (2) Grace Lavenda Nyanginya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Ndeya Akendo, who died at Kasule Sub-location, on 5th November, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
