TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2024 By Namunyu Mumalasi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumalasi Wasilwa, who died at Kamukuywa, on 12th December, 1967. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By Simon Chemom Masai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiema Nabiswa alias Ndiema Chemom, who died at Kaptalelio Sub-location, on 23rd December, 1984. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2024 By (1) John Simiyu Barasa and (2) Esau Barasa Sichangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barasa Sichangi, who died at Kamukuywa, on 19th August, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
