TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By Richard Owiti Omutsembi, of P.O. Box 50, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutsembi Owiti alias Omutsembi Owiti, who died at Mabole, on 25th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2024 By Damaris Mukolwe Shiraku, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caleb Ayoyi, who died at Muyundi Sub-location in 1963. CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2024 By Robert Kachisa Mboka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enos Mboka Wechia alias Enos mboka, who died at Imanga Sub-location in 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
