E197 OF 2024 By Stanley Aluda Jaika, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irine Aluda alias Airen Aidi Aroba, who died at Kidundu Sub-location, on 22nd May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2024 By Mbuya Haron Komoni, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Kezia Mmbone alias Jane K. Mmbone, who died at Tigoi Sub-location, on 5th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
