CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2024 By (1) Geoffrey Mutaba Mutua and (2) Beatrice Mwikali Mutua, both of P.O. Box 44–90108, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Nyivu Mutua, who died at Nguluni, on 14th April, 1989.
