TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2024 By (1) Emilio Nthiga Njiru and (2) Beatrice Wamugo Njiru, both of P.O. Box 120, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiro Kugocha alias Njiru Kugocha Muchungu, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2024 By (1) Beatrice Karimi Munyi and (2) Elijah Gichovi Ndwiga, both of P.O. Box 591, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ndaru Muchungu, who died at Kiamuringa Sub-location, on 31st October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2024 By Wamugo Nyaga, of P.O. Box 126, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Magu Njeru, who died at Mbeere, on 30th September 2005. CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2023 By Josphine Mbui Njiru, of P.O. Box 34, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Nderi, who died at Karambari Sub-location, on 3rd August, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
