TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2023 By Sunday Joseph Nyaga Mutwithania, of P.O. Box 332, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wangeci Mutuithania alias Grace Wangechi alias Grace Wangeci Kamunge alias Grace Wangeci Mutwithania, who died at Ciagini, on 14th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Beatrice Njoki Njogu and (2) David Irungu Njogu, both of P.O. Box 16, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njogu Murigu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
