TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Dominic Mbaya Mwamba, of P.O. Box 2660–60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mwamba M’Mwirichia, who died at Mbajone Sub-location, on 7th December, 1999. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By (1) Stellah Kirigo Mwirigi and (2) Judith Ngugi Mbijiwe, both of P.O. Box 27, Gaitu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbijiwe Marangu Muchiri, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
