TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By Sarah Boke Getangita, of P.O. Box 82, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Chacha Singira, who died on 7th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By Joseph Sagira Mwita, of P.O. Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Sagirai Magaria alias Mwita Sagire, who died on 17th October, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
